Thank you for sharing. Our LiftMaster part number 41AB050-2 wall unit LED was blinking too many times. The garage door would not open for nothing in the world. I have had it since August of 2006. I unplugged it for 30 minutes and plugged it back. The lights started to blink several times, and the unit was making too many clicks. I looked at a few videos and purchased a replacement on 09/06 from Amazon; it was going to take 7 days to deliver. After watching this video, I cancelled my order and placed it on your website.

Are the Batteries in the Access module for battery backup ?? Or are the batteries direct and only power ?? The reason I ask, battery back-up is great but I do NOT want a system that is solely reliant on batties for connectivity and everyday use. It's terrible in the winter and intollerable during a snow storm when trying to gain access to ones garage to get their snowblower up and running......

Yes, it would be nice if they made a video to show how to install or fix ome that has fallen out (like mine). I am trying to press it back in the groove with no luck. Seems too tight to slide through but maybe if lubed up. Edit: figured it out for any others wondering. I raised the door and locked it up, removed the bottom brackets and cables (although some leave them on and use a hammer to pop the bottom wheels and brackets out with a hammer). Then, pulled all the thermacore seal out. Lubed up the channel with silicome spray as well as the seal and pulled it back through the groove. You cannot press it back in; you have to remove and slide it all back through. With the lube it goes smooth.

Late question but need an answer. These control boards have programming functions beyond what the manual covers. I had these instructions on old computer and lost them. Now I'm having trouble finding them again, buried on the internet somewhere. These boards can be set to operate without the safety "eye" sensors. I know this because I did it to mine years ago. A recent lightning strike took my control board out and I got a replacement. I want to program the new board the same way I programmed the old one but I can't find the special instructions. If I remember correctly, you press the red "learn" button for about 20 seconds, then you can get to the "service" modes. I can't remember how many button presses and LED light flashes, etc. I know there are modes this board can be set to beyond what the consumer manual shows. I'm going nuts trying to find those instructions again. Years ago I stumbled upon them where a gentleman had figured all this out and had it posted somewhere. I'm talking about the 14LG0607B (41D4674) boards.

My garage door is 16 ft wide. Is it possible to cut the last piece of the 18 ft kit's aluminum panel to fit the 12 ft to 16ft section?

What is the trick to get these to work on homelink? I got my 2020 Jeep Wrangler to accept it, but my 2022 Mini Cooper doesn't want to learn it.

Actually, you hold the bottom button down until it remains solid (up to 20 secs). Then you hit the learn button 1x THEN you hit the button you want to program 2 times and wait (up to 30 secs) for the gate/door to open. Once the gate/door opens you then you hit any button. I hope this helps someone looking for information on hos to program the Liftmaster 374ut
